The brief
In 2009 the Tennis Integrity Unit approached Drum with the need for an online educational tool with the aim of engaging and educating both players and officials. Eight years on and some serious updates were required.

The solution
The application and it's environment, has undergone a completely new redesign and build. With a custom admin cms, live reporting and a fast loading, API driven, device agnostic application, the new programme takes on a much less linear approach for players. Combining real life case studies with card-based question and answer elements it educates Tennis professionals on the rules of integrity within the sport of professional tennis.

  • Client's reaction
"Drum were an excellent partner for this project throughout. They came up with innovative ideas through the development phase, paid great attention to every detail during production, and carried out all activities with unparalleled professionalism, technical skill and good humour. Above all, Drum strove to understand what was needed and produced the results via a collaborative and inclusive approach. The words proactive, creative and meticulous spring to mind and all team members were, and continue to be a pleasure to work with."

    Environmental Policy

We recognise that our day to day operations inevitably impact on the environment in a number of ways and we work to reduce any potentially harmful effects of such activities whenever we can.

We have widely adopted a 'paperless' approach to business communications. Our web based IT systems substitute for paper messages and very often travel. We teleconference and video conference at every opportunity and we view conservation of resources and the environment as a basic business necessity.

    Specifically, Drum will:

    • Operate a car sharing policy for all staff.
    • Encourage a cycle to work policy for all staff.
    • Ensure that our policies are implemented by all staff and help them understand the relevant aspects of the policy through guidelines, regular communications and action plans.
    • Promote the recycling of office materials and items purchased and use recycled materials wherever possible.
    • Minimise waste in operations and product development, and conserve resources through efficient use and planning.
    • Regard environmental regulations, laws and codes of practice as the minimum standards of environmental practice.
