The challenge to the success of this community website was to develop enough of a critical mass of interest within a small group in order to sustain its social and support objectives – if nobody’s using it, it fails to deliver.
We promoted the site with a series of targeted E-shots both before, during and after launch day, tracking clickthrough and uptake, and modifying the marketing strategy and website design accordingly.
The sites features discussion forums, video components, user profile management and profile Wall chats.
