Balmoral Financial are a new brand, offering a loan product that is relatively new to the UK. The challenge Balmoral had was how to communicate effectively with two distinct customer bases – B2B and B2C. After redeveloping the loan application process, we were asked to design a user centred approach to their existing B2B website and implement their new brand digitally.
We helped evolve a direction for the content that was succinct enough to be presented in a scrolling format. The result is a website that communicates the key points in an effective and economic way – in line with the needs of the end user. Developed using Concrete5 as a simple CMS and blogging platform to allow the client to make updates in the future.
The B2B website is a responsive vertical scrolling site with a sticky navigation bar, built on a Concrete5 framework.
