Blog post | International Womens Day

With today being #InternationalWomensDay we thought we’d introduce you to and share some of the lovely faces of women who work at Drum.

Motion Graphics
When it comes to making your creative ideas come to life Lucy is your girl. With Lucy specialising in the 2D animation, she can bring colour, movement and creativity to your brand. Lucy has been with Drum for over 2 years now and is constantly growing her skills, with her most recent involvement in a 2D animation being up for a Surrey Digital Award.

Nikki is one of our front end developers and specialises in the development of websites, mobile sites, apps, intranets, and business tools. If you need help with the technical jargon Nikki is one of the people to speak to. Having been with drum for almost a year she has worked on many digital projects and continues to surprise us with her technical know how. If it’s digital, we can build it, from scratch, to your exact specification. If it’s ongoing maintenance you need, our technical teams have got your back.

Lizzie is our UI designer working alongside the UX team, In the year Lizzie has been here she has helped with the re-design of many projects both digital and in print. Our creatives are always looking at new ways of grabbing your audience, and our strategic experience ensures that all that firepower is aimed in the right direction.

Project Management
Last, but by no means least are the Project Managers, the people who hold all the projects together and make sure the smooth running of the studio as well as being the main contact point for the clients. Kaye, Aimee, Emma and Kate make up Drums project management team, seeing the project right from the proposal stage to client delivery making sure deadlines are met and the quality of work remains at the high standard Drum prides themselves on. They are the people who get to know our clients, their businesses and their goals and start by asking lots of questions and doing lots of research until it is understood where they’re coming from and where they’d like to get to.

These ladies make up only part of the Drum team. If you have a project in mind (or even if you don’t) we would love to hear from you.
